- recipe: 12 pieces 60 calories a piece
- 2/3 cup white
whole wheat flour
- 1 cup
unsweetened almond milk
- Preheat oven to
375°F. Coat 10-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
- Arrange cherries
in single layer on pie plate and set aside.
- In large bowl,
whisk eggs until frothy. Whisk in milk, vanilla, and salt. Add flour and 1/3
cup swerve, a little at a time, whisking each addition until fully
incorporated. Pour batter over cherries. Bake for 10 minutes. then Reduce oven
temperature to 300oF. Continue to bake until center of clafouti puffs up and
tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Let cool. (The
center may fall slightly as it cools.)
